What campsites do you recommend?

Please click the “Campground Resources” tab for a list of campgrounds we recommend, links to their booking websites/contact information, and delivery charges associated with each campground.

How does the booking process work?

To book our trailer, please click the “Reservations” tab. Refer to our reservation calendar and be sure you select dates that have not been previously booked. We ask that you fill out our form. Once you submit your form, please email a copy of your campground reservation confirmation to Kimberly at kimberlyingham@gmail.com. We ask that you give us up to 24 hours to approve your request (it is often much sooner). Once we approve your request, we will notify you and email you a copy of our rental contract. We ask that you fill this out and then scan/email to Kimberly with a copy of the front and back of your driver’s license. Once we look this over and approve, we will collect your payment in full (you may choose to include the $500 security deposit or wait to submit this until 7 days prior to your arrival date). Once we have your campground reservation confirmation, your completed rental contract, copies of the front and back of your driver’s license, and payment (we currently accept Venmo or Casheir’s check) – you will be all set!

What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept payment via Casheir’s Check or Venmo.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

We understand that life circumstances sometimes make rescheduling necessary, and therefore we offer the option to reschedule if needed. We do have minimal rescheduling fees outlined in our rental contract. You will have one year from the date you pay the rescheduling fee to reserve and occupy the trailer.

We also offer our renters the option to purchase “Cancellation Insurance” which will allow you to cancel or reschedule your trip at any time, without penalties or fees, and may be purchased for 15% of your reservation payment. Your rental contract will allow you to select or opt out of purchasing cancellation insurance.

What are the fees associated with the rental?

Our standard nightly fee as of July 2021 is $195/night and $220/night during holiday weekends and special events.

Additional fees include standard trailer rental insurance ($23/night), applicable delivery charges (see the “Campground Resources” tab for a list of campsites and their associated delivery charges), a $100 cleaning fee, a $30 propane fill charge (for every three nights of your stay), and applicable taxes. We also charge a $500 security deposit that covers the cost in the event there are missing or damaged items inside or outside the camping trailer during your stay.

Optional fees include a $50 dump fee (which is required only when dry camping), and generator usage fees ($3/hour). An additional deposit is required for use of our generator.

What is your security deposit policy?

A $500 security deposit is required and due seven days prior to your rental period start date. This security deposit covers the cost in the event there are missing or damaged items inside or outside the camping trailer during your stay.

When will the trailer be delivered and picked up?

If the first day of your stay is on a weekday, delivery will be between 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. depending on campsite location. If arriving on a weekday and you will need usage of our trailer before this delivery time, we advise booking your campsite for the night prior. We will communicate with you prior to your stay to coordinate more precise delivery/pick-up times.

Will I be insured as a renter?

Yes; our trailer is fully insured with MBA Rental Insurance. We require our renters to pay $23/night rental insurance to help us cover these costs.

What is your pet policy?

At this time, we do not allow pets. We would like to keep our trailer free from allergens for any future renters who may have allergies.
